The One Reason I Know I Can Be Successful ANYWHERE at ANY LEVEL

I firmly believe that I could change any program at any level to success and develop a successful program. Most specifically football, but I also think I could do it in just about any sport. And it doesn't matter the level. High school, Division III, NAIA, Division II, FCS, D1. I firmly believe that I could do it because I have the experience--head coaching experience and program building experience. I've also done a lot of research and developed understanding in what helps programs become successful and how to build successful cultures within those programs.
But most importantly, the reason I have so much confidence that I could build any program at any level is because I involve God so much in my life. In every decision I make, I try to involve him and allow him to lead my life and ask to be used as an instrument in his hands for good. So, I firmly believe, and know, that any job that I'm able to get is because He has a plan, and is behind me and pushing me and has a reason for me to be there. And because he has a reason for me to be there, I know that I'm going to do all that I can to make sure it's successful. I'm going to do all that I can to make sure that his will is brought to pass and fulfill his purposes.
To be quite honest, I don't think that God cares about sports; I don't think that God cares about football--but he does care about us. And I know he cares about me. I also know that whatever is important to me is important to him. So if I'm asking to be used in his hands for good, if I'm asking to, you know, find opportunities to bless others and help others, I know that he's going to do that. So if that's through football, or sports, and that's building programs or or helping others build their programs the right way, I know that I can do that at a high level and I know that it will be successful.
I know that if you choose to involve God in your life and in what you're doing (whatever it is), you're going to find success. I know this because if you're worried about what He wants for you and how you can bless others, you're going to find a way, and he's going to put you in a place to do it.
Now you've got to be able to put in the work to make sure that you know what you're doing. God is going to use you and YOUR talents, so make sure you are developing and working to better yourself. If you put in the work and sacrifice, then God augments that. He adds upon it. And he will use you for good.
So that's how I know I can be successful. And that's how you know you can always be successful too. Allow him to live in your life. Allow him to help you and make every decision with him. Let him use you as an instrument in his hands for good, and you're going to find success wherever you go.

Culture Beats Talent... Especially with God!
